Pennsylvania Wall Update

At the annual meeting on March 26th, the Penn Wall Committee presented its findings and the residents in attendance voted unanimously to accept the bid from Superior Concrete Products to fix the concrete wall that is currently in place. The HOA Board would like to thank the neighbors who served on the committee for participating in the research process and found an affordable solution that maintains the value of the wall and the homes within.
