How much are our HOA Dues?

All SilverHawk Owners
$410 per year, due March 1st (new for 2021). 

• Interest will begin accruing April 1st in accordance with the Declaration if the payment is not received or post marked by the due date of March 1st. 

• Dues not remitted by April 1st will trigger an enforcement action whereby a lien will be filed against the property.  In addition to the annual dues and interest, the attorney fees and filing fees will also be due by the owner.

• Homeowners with outstanding balances will not be permitted to access the pool or request rentals for the clubhouse until all dues are current. 

• Voting privileges will be suspended until account is paid in full.
• Cannot hold a Director position on the HOA Board of Directors
  

How Can I Pay My Dues?

Pay through Neighborhood Services Corp by going to the TownSquare website at https://www.townsq.io.  If you have not already created an account, use your annual dues assessment notice to obtain your TownSquare account number.  All owners must register with your property address/account number the first time you login, then you can login with your email address from that point forward. If you experience difficulties registering your account, please contact Neighborhood Services at (405) 348-1436.
