PLEASE READ
Pursuant to the SilverHawk Homeowner's Association governing documents and Oklahoma law, an Owner in good standing is entitled to view the records of the Association during reasonable times and upon payment of any copying charges. In order to assist any Owner desiring to view the Association records, the Association has prepared the following form.

Records which are not available for review are those that require discretion such as legal actions, enforcement actions and any record that contains personal information regarding the other members where the Association would have a duty of care to protect their personal information. All other documents would be presumed to be available to the general membership.

Be advised that if the records you have requested have to be retrieved from our management company, you will be charged 0.15 cents per copy and any labor costs of approximately $1.66 per minute or $100 dollars per hour. Please keep this in mind when defining the scope of your request. In most cases the management company can quickly gather the information for most requests.

Requirements to lawfully obtain records of the Association:

Written demand under oath (this form)
Statement of the purpose for the request (this form)
During regular business hours (this can be done via this form at any time)
Directed to the association at its registered office or principle place of business. (by submitting the form below, this requirement is satisfied)

After you submit your request, it will be reviewed by SilverHawk Homeowner's Association and Neighborhood Services to verify 1) the requester is in fact an owner and 2) the account is in good standing. The request will be fulfilled as requested. Payment for the request is due upon the production of the requested documents. If you fail to pay for the documents requested regardless of whether you took physical possession of the same, your account will be charged and will be subject to late fees, interest and collections charges per the Declaration.

Remember that many documents are always available to you on the website under HOA Business free of charge such as meeting minutes, budget and monthly financial reports etc. Please look there first before submitting your request.
