Purpose

The purpose of the Grounds and Improvements Committee is enforce the oversee the Common Area's Designated other than the Pool and Clubhouse.

Focus

Manage mowing contract
Manage landscaping contract
Manage fertilizing contract
Establish rules for the common areas
Manage and make improvements upon the common areas
Manage the sprinkler systems
Decorations for the entrances, clubhouse, and islands for holidays
Set and manage rules for lot owners yard maintenance.
Work with the Covenants Committee when a violation to the Declaration or SilverHawk Rules are observed with respect to the Common Areas.
