Covenants Committee

Duration of this committee is perpetual

Purpose

The purpose of the covenants committee is enforce the provisions of our Declaration, Bylaws and SilverHawk Rules.

Receive violation complaints and determine if a violation exists
Process violation complaints:
- Issue notice and assess fines for non-compliance in accordance with the Declaration and Bylaws.
- Hold appeals hearings for lot owners charged with a violation who wish to appeal the committee's decision to assess a fine.

Use this button if you see a violation and wish to report it to the Covenants Committee.

A request for a hearing (Committee review) is used when the homeowner either feels that this violation:

Did not exist and wants to challenge it; or
Existed and was remedied within 10 days of the notice of the violation and wishes to request that the fine be suspended.
