Request for Hearing (Committee Review)

A request for a hearing (Committee review) is used when the homeowner either feels that this violation:

Did not exist and wants to challenge it; or
Existed and was remedied within 10 days of the notice of the violation and wishes to request that the fine be suspended.

NOTE: If this form is used within the 10 days following the receipt of notice, then the imposition of a fine will be temporarily suspended pending committee review.
