Misuse of the Silverhawk Pool and Clubhouse will result in closures.

8/5/2024

There have been too many instances of violations of the Silverhawk pool rules and misuse of the club house this year.
  • There have been multiple instances of fecal matter found on the floor, walls, and other areas of the clubhouse. It’s assumed that adults are not causing this so parents, please accompany your children to the restrooms and clean up after them. If this issue continues it could cause additional pool closures.
  • A reminder that children 14 and under must be accompanied by a guardian over the age of 18.
  • Loud music or music that contains vulgar language is not permitted. If someone asks you to turn your music down, just do it.
  • No smoking of any kind (including vapes).
  • No glass of any kind in the pool area.
  • Leave the clubhouse thermostat alone ( you pay the electric bill).
  • The pool belongs to all owners, please help keep the pool area clean and free of garbage. Pool users, please assist in bringing the garbage cans to and from the street. We do not pay someone to perform this task.
Please reach out to the board of directors if you have questions.

2024 Pool Season

5/21/2024

The pool will open on Saturday, May 25th for the season. The pool hours will be Tuesday-Sunday from 9:00am to 9:00pm, closed on Mondays for chemical cleaning (open for Memorial Day and Labor Day). Any entrance into the pool area outside of these times will be considered trespassing. Please see the link below for information regarding pool keys. You can also contact neighborhood services at 405-348-1436. If your key does not work, DO NOT CLIMB THE FENCE OR HAVE SOMEONE ELSE LET YOU IN. Contact neighborhood services or the board of directors instead. If you have key issues over the weekend, you will have to wait until at least Tuesday before you will receive a response. It is recommended you make sure your card works ahead of time. Anyone who is not 100% current with yearly dues, fines/assessments and interest will not be permitted into the pool and your card has been deactivated. Please take a moment to read the pool rules via the link below. Landlords, you are responsible for making sure your tenants understand and abide by the pool rules. Last pool season the neighborhood had a serious issue with unsupervised children under the age of 14. Also we had multiple instances of feces in the pool. Both of the above items will result in pool closures. The board of directors is working to acquire more lounge chairs but they may not be installed by opening day. Feel free to bring your own chairs.

Lastly, the board is aware there was issues with the gate locks last year. We believe they have been fixed but time will tell. If the lock doesn’t work for you, try the front clubhouse door, if that doesn’t work there is an issue with your card.

Silverhawk pool rules violation

7/4/2021

It was brought to the attention of the Board of Directors that there was multiple violations of the pool rules yesterday, July 3rd. Most notably, the possession of glass bottles in the pool area. No glass of any kind is permitted inside the fenced in pool area. This is also a city health ordinance. Failure to follow this rule could result in the pool being temporarily shut down by the health department. The city pool inspector IS working and inspecting pools over this holiday weekend. Don't be the person that ruins it for the rest of the neighborhood! The pool is a community asset; any resident that observes another violating the rules has the right to ask the offender to leave the pool area.
