As a reminder for Labor day weekend, the complete Silverhawk Rules are below.

It was brought to the attention of the Board of Directors that there was multiple violations of the pool rules yesterday, July 3rd. Most notably, the possession of glass bottles in the pool area. No glass of any kind is permitted inside the fenced in pool area. This is also a city health ordinance. Failure to follow this rule could result in the pool being temporarily shut down by the health department. The city pool inspector IS working and inspecting pools over this holiday weekend. Don't be the person that ruins it for the rest of the neighborhood! The pool is a community asset; any resident that observes another violating the rules has the right to ask the offender to leave the pool area.
The Silverhawk Community Garage Sale is Scheduled for this weekend, 6/12-6/13. Signage has been placed at both entrances to help bring in traffic from outside the neighborhood.
-There is not a central location or address for the community garage sale. Each seller is responsible to setting up and selling on their own property.
-Each individual lot is responsible for obtaining an OKC garage sale permit. Getting a permit from the city will also add your home to a list of yard sales that others outside the neighborhood can use to located your sale.
-Garage sale signs are not to be attached to street signs or street lights.
The Silverhawk community pool is scheduled to open Saturday May 29th for the 2021 season.
Swimming is prohibited until this date.
Pool rules will be strictly enforced. Please visit Silverhawkhoa.com and review all clubhouse and pool rules.
The next Silverhawk community garage sale is scheduled for June 12th and 13th. Garage sale permits are to be purchased through the OKC website. Signage advertising the community garage sale will be placed at both entrances the week prior. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions.
The Silverhawk Homeowners Association Board of Directors (BOD) currently has an open director position. Per the bylaws, the BOD will appoint someone to fill the open position until the next annual meeting. If anyone in the neighborhood is interested in volunteering to serve as a director on the board please email Treasurer@silverhawkhoa.com.
The Silverhawk Board of Directors has pushed the date for the annual meeting to Tuesday March 9th at 7:00 PM. This is to ensure the directors are prepared and the meeting can be productive. The board of directors has three new members that, with the help of previous and current directors, are working to transition into their rolls. We, the board of directors, apologize for the delay in broadcasting this information. The zoom meeting ID will again be posted to the announcements section of Townsq (townsq.io).
