The Board has been in contact with the Corporation Commission, Energy Transfer (Sunoco) news agencies and an attorney regarding the cleanup efforts. While the Association is not advocating any specific action at this time, we have decided to facilitate a meeting with neighbors.
We have arranged for a meeting at the clubhouse tomorrow night, Tuesday May 15th at 6:30PM. An attorney with Gungoll Jackson will be present to answer questions you may have. At this time the Association has not retained council but is considering our options. This meeting was at the request of multiple homeowner's. This attorney has experience with this type of oil spill and is very knowledgeable. We think it is the best way to move forward to help get you the answers you need and to organize as a community. If you have any questions for me I am available to take calls or email. Chris Painter President | SilverHawk HOA 405-412-5718 [email protected]

Thank you for this. My husband or I will be attending. We have several concerns regarding this incident and what it will mean for our neighborhood.
