NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING
The annual meeting for 2017 will be held at the Club House on February 28th at 7PM. An agenda for the meeting will be posted by the 23rd. This, like all annual meetings is important so that we can give you an update on what we have accomplished in the last year as well as inform you about what we are working on for the future.

Here are some key issues that need your immediate attention:
- Proxy Vote-Many of you cannot attend in person or do not care to but would still like your vote to count. It is for this reason you will find a link on this page to download a copy of the Proxy you can use for this meeting (if you don't know what a proxy is or does, it simply acts as an instrument that transmits your wishes as if you were there in person). The proxy must be returned to the address on the proxy by its due date or it will not be counted. With it you can vote for the Directors and vote for the Declaration amendment.
- Election of your new board-Two director positions are available right now. So far we have only two candidates. However, as a member, you are allowed to nominate someone other than those who are officially on the ballot. - Declaration Amendment-We are proposing an amendment to the declaration. We know that just recently we passed an amendment but that amendment was primarily aimed at making it easier to do our work as an Association. It is prudent to amend the language further to reflect the needs and desires of our neighborhood in 2017 vs. when the language was originally written in 2006.
