The Silverhawk Election Committee is pleased to announce that one HOA member has self-nominated to join the Silverhawk HOA Board of Directors to fill the three vacant/vacating positions.
To meet the requirements of the Amended Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions of Silverhawk neighborhood, the voting process to elect the vacant/vacating Board of Directors positions will be fully by proxy. This modified is to accommodate all who wish to vote.
We are introducing several methods to cast a vote to ensure a safe voting process for our members. The following rules of engagement for voting are in place:
1. Voting is not anonymous. You must complete the identification information on the ballot. That includes your clearly printed name and property address. All will be stored until after the election.
2. You must be current on all assessments as of 31 Dec 2021 with no outstanding fines or fees.
3. Only one vote is allowed per lot. If more than one vote is received for the same lot address, both votes will be discarded.
4. You MUST vote prior to 2/18/22
You may choose the following methods of voting. All votes must be received by the end of day FEBRUARY 18, 2022
1. By mail. You may mail your completed ballot and must be mailed in time to be RECEIVED BY FEBRUARY 18TH to:

2. By email. You may email a photo (jpg or pdf) of your ballot to [email protected].
3. In person.
