Board Member Election Announcement
SilverHawk has three seats to fill in 2021. If you would like to run for a board position, please complete and submit the online form to the right no later than Friday, January 29th, 2021. Ballots will be available on Monday, February 1st, 2021. Election ballots will be collected though Friday, February 12th, 2021. The election will be held during the annual neighborhood meeting via Zoom 7:00pm on Tuesday, February 16th, 2021. We need candidates who are willing to serve the HOA diligently to maintain the neighborhood and move important projects forward. The candidates need to possess exceptional organizational skills and have computer skills necessary to work with electronic document keeping systems in accordance with HOA policies. This is an exceptional opportunity to hone your leadership skills. Each elected Board of Director will serve a two-year term. Directors are elected to fill one of five director positions. However, titles such as Secretary, Treasurer, President and any other titles and officer positions are assigned by a vote of the majority of Directors during a meeting of the Directors on February 16th, 2021. Therefore, we do not post openings for those positions in general, but rather will assign those positions once elected. These board positions are important to the corporate entity so that we can have the appropriate number of directors to make decisions and carry out the normal business of the organization.
